Crystal Lodge Model

1,731 square feet - One and a half story. Full bedroom suites are located both upstairs and down.

Onaway Model

1,945 Total Square Feet - A great lakefront or view home design with a master bedroom and bath on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Open concept home

Tomahawk Model

1,939 Total Square Feet - One of our more popular second home models. Features a large great room that can include huge windows on the gable end for great views. Two bedrooms downstairs and a master bedroom and bath upstairs.

Cascade Model

2,074 Total Square Feet - This home features a master bedroom and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms plus a large loft area upstairs.

Evergreen Model

2,680 Total Square Feet - This is a 3 or 4 bedroom home with a double fireplace in the living room and dining room. This flexible floor plan can feature an office on the main floor, too.
