Painted Log Restoration

This summer cabin has been in the owner's family for generations. It has been painted for at least that long.
We started the restoration by removing the layers of paint. Cob blasting couldn't do it so hand-sanding was necessary. With the paint removed we could better see and repair the extensive log rot.
We are still working on this one but the pictures say far more than I can...
