In these photos the failed oil based finish has been removed. The home has been treated with wood preserver to inhibit future mold and mildew. All logs have been buffed smooth. Prior to staining all windows, doors and foundation are taped off to prevent overspray from the staining process. The home was stained with Weatherall UV Guard II in Golden Wheat.

Indiana Conservation Club: These were some of the darkest logs we had ever seen. After thoroughly cleaning and prepping the logs we were able to make the grain visible again. Using Environmentally Friendly Cleaners, Citrus Based Wood Brighteners and a Water-Based Stain (Weatherall UV GuardII) we were able to bring this Conservation Club back to its Natural Beauty.
