Surface Preparation
|
|
|
- Wood moisture content 20% or less
- All logs clean and dry; free of dirt, dust, grease, old coatings, mill glaze and chlorine bleach.
- Surface free of stain, mildew, fungus, loose bark or cambium
- Recommend the surface be cleaned with commercial cleaner
- Pressure wash surface to remove all trace of cleaner
- Allow wood surfaces to dry completely before application of finish
